Jeweler- C
Jesse got my engagement ring at Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove. We went in together a couple of times to look at bands and browsed a little at diamonds. I loved working with them. Sarah was a blessing! I went in numurous times without Jesse to look at the band we chose and each time Sarah remembered me and was happy to see me. She helped Jesse pick out my diamond. She was never pushy either.
Update: We went in to get our wedding bands and while they shipped a wedding band for me in from Cali so I could see it, they didn't have anything for Jesse. We told the sales lady we had worked with before that we wanted a tungsten & carbon fiber band for him and she walked us over there and realized they didn't have any and tried calling around to other stores, who ended up not having any. I feel like she should have been more prepared. She showed up a small picture of two bands online and said we basically had to pick the band from the picture and buy it since tungsten bands are "made to order" due to sizing restrictions. I also had to send my e-ring to Cali for 3 weeks to have my wedding band made to fit it. There were a few other issues with my ring that they were supposeto fix and never did even though they had my ring for a month. Finally, I ended up picking out a ring for DH and told Wedding Day that I wanted it to be a surprise and to not call him when it got in. I went in the store two times after that to check if the ring was in, called 2 times, etc. and they were never able to put my number on file or write a note on the file about the surprise. I went into the store a third time to get the band and they couldn't find it. Then they ended up calling Jesse the same day to let him know his wedding band was in.....extremely disappointed with their customer service after our biggest purchase was made. Seems like they don't care to keep your business.
Wedding Dress- A
I got my wedding dress at Rush's Bridal in Minneapolis. I had a pretty good experience and even greater deal! They had a sample sale on the day I bought my dress. It was originally $1000 and I got it for $375. It needs a little work and it a little big on me but I am in love with it and am lucky to have found it, I know I didn't want to spend $1000 on a dress I would be wearing one day!

Ceremony- A
Our ceremony took place at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior. We worked with Amy and she was really sweet. We were determined to get married on a Sunday even though they don't like doing weddings on Sundays because they have 3 church services every Sunday so the pastor would have such a long day but after explaining why we chose to do a Sunday they were happy to accomodate! She even reserved 3 dates for us when we weren't sure what date to chose. The ceremony went smoothly and I can't complain!

Reception- A-
Our reception was at The Rotunda at Carlson Towers in Minnetonka. Dawn and Carol were always quick to reply to emails and questions I have. I particularly loved Carol, she is a very sweet lady. Dawn is very good at her job but very cold and we didn't hit it off. John, the day of manager for Bon Appetit was simply amazing, it's like he knows your wedding better than you do and he reads your mind before you can even think of the question. He did everything perfectly! The only thing I was disappointed with was the mini-cheeseburger appetizers, they were cold both times I had them presented to me and they didn't taste very good (lots of bun, not enough meat). Also, our head table was established ahead of time with Dawn, she even drew it out but for some reason, the table was the exact opposite of what I wanted, I was sitting on DH's family side and he was on mine, then I wanted the wedding party in a different order it was put in, I didn't even get to sit by my Maid of Honor. Not a huge deal though.
