Do It Yourself
Bubbles:
I found the best deal for bubbles at the Dollar Tree, 9 pack for $1. At Michaels they are $5.99 and with a 50% off coupon, it's $3 but that's only for a 24 pack.
We got the stickers off of ebay for $5 per 108 stickers, so we paid $10 total (including shipping) and stuck them all on there.
Then we got the ribbon at Michaels, $.99 a spool. 180 bubbles= about 6-7 spools of ribbon.
Total cost= $37

Flowers
We are having Deven Nelson do our bouquets because she is very reasonable and I didn't want to mess with flowers that wouldn't be in water for most of the day.
As for our centerpieces, we are doing pretty simple ones:
So Centerpiece #1: carnations. We bought low bowls that are plastic at Target for about $2 a bowl. They are square with rounded edges. We are doing white carnations (or yellow...maybe) It takes about 30 carnations to make it look this full. Carnations are $.40 a piece, so total price per centerpiece= $14

For our second centerpiece we are doing hydrangeas. We bought vases at Dollar Tree for $1, then spray painted them with glossy black paint. The total cost per centerpiece=$5
